Role Description
- Provide essential administrative support in organizing board, shareholder, and other meetings and preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Act as a liaison between Company Secretary, external teams, and external stakeholders on matters related to corporate governance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of board decisions, policies, and corporate documents.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the company secretarial field is mandatory.
- Professional Qualification in Secretarial Practices or equivalent Professional qualification obtained from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in trademark-related matters would be an added advantage.
