Job Description
The position holder will be responsible for brand visibility and brand performance in terms of sales, inventory, and margins of identified product lines. They will also be responsible for category/Brand advertising and marketing activities.
Job Profile:
- Develop and execute strategies for marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure products and services meet customer expectations and build brand loyalty.
- Oversee the product lifecycle and plan promotions in response to market dynamics.
- Create and manage promotional activities for various channels, including showrooms, channels, and e-commerce platforms.
- Plan and drive growth in volume and value in alignment with internal category teams.
- Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Work closely with the front-end sales force and collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments.
- Organize and coordinate events such as product launches, exhibitions, and photo shoots.
Personal Profile:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in branding and marketing.
- Professionally qualified in Marketing (CIM/SLIM) and holds a degree from a recognized university.
- Demonstrates creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Possesses strong knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Energetic and passionate about brand building.
- Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive “go-getter” with strong communication and leadership skills.
