Role Description
Responsibilities include analyzing brand positioning, developing go-to-market strategies, managing a creative team, measuring campaign performance, monitoring market trends, overseeing marketing activities, and devising growth strategies.
Qualifications
- BSc/BA in Marketing/Business Administration or related field.
- Ability to develop marketing strategies, strong analytical & creative skills, data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with marketing trends, proficient in MS Office and Google workspace.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Sinhala, age below 40 preferred.
