Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate and timely financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data for insights into financial performance.
- Implement accounting policies for compliance.
- Conduct regular financial reviews for accuracy.
- Utilize QuickBooks for efficient record-keeping.
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations.
- Ensure timely tax returns submission.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Resolve financial disputes through negotiation.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications like ACCA or CIMA preferred.
- Proficient in handling VAT, WHT, and more.
- Familiarity with SLFRS and LKAS.
- Proven financial management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to articulate financial information clearly.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work beyond standard hours when necessary.
