Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and annual accounts, allocate costs, and ensure adherence to financial policies for company performance assessment.
- Finalize income and balance sheet reconciliations monthly, providing timely financial info for decisions.
- Prepare schedules for Taxes, VAT, and liaise with authorities if necessary.
- Manage ERP System function and ensure smooth operations.
- Follow up on debtors’ collections and review Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare audit schedules and assist auditors as required.
- Participate in annual budget preparation.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 passes for A/L’s or completion of UGC-approved foundation course along with 6 passes at GCE or London O/L with an “A” pass in Mathematics.
- Minimum 2 years of finance experience, audit firm experience advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of SAP is a plus.
