Responsibilities:
- Supervise finance assistants on work-related matters as needed.
- Oversee the bank reconciliation process and advise on error rectification.
- Update the Chief Accountant and Management on cash inflows and outflows.
- Ensure system completeness up to the trial balance.
- Ensure daily sales and payments are updated and reconciled.
- Organize documents to ensure they are accessible and complete.
- Coordinate with Head Office staff on related party transactions (RPT) and accounts receivable (AR) reconciliations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or partial qualification in CA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in finance and auditing.
- Proven experience in managing a team of subordinates.
- Demonstrated expertise in resolving finance-related issues.
- Strong adaptability and initiative in handling various tasks under pressure.
- Excellent team player with a proactive, positive attitude.
