Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Conduct audits on financial data for accuracy and compliance.
- Audit QuickBooks entries and resolve discrepancies.
- Support tax preparation and ensure timely tax submission.
- Assist in business planning and financial forecasting.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to improve procedures.
- Support external audits and liaise with auditors.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of accounting/auditing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Quickbooks experience preferred.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
