“Adamjees,” also known as Adamjee Lukmanjee & Sons, is a leading manufacturer and exporter of Coconut Oil, Copra & Desiccated Coconut in Pannala, Sri Lanka. The company holds a strong heritage in exporting Coconut Kernel products and seeks an Assistant Accountant to join their team. Responsibilities include financial statement preparation, balance sheet reconciliation, audit support, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial statements & timely reporting
• Adhere to month-end close timetable
• Maintain balance sheet accounts
• Ensure accuracy and policy compliance
• Support audit preparation
• Generate management reports

Qualifications

• Partial qualification in ICASL, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with SAP B1 is a plus
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical and communication skills
