Responsibilities include strategizing new business, analyzing market performance, negotiating contracts, and managing operational costs. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years’ experience, a bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Marketing, or Business Management, and prior experience in MICE & Cruise Operations.
