Job Description

List of Duties:

• Confirming demands and projecting fuel orders for Fuel Stations.
• Ensuring fuel availability (minimum 50%) at all times.
• Timely fuel arrivals to the station.
• Labeling and storing fuel samples as required.
• Verifying fuel unloading, measurements, and quantities.
• Reconciling transport charges and fuel sales.

Administration Work:

• Visiting stations and getting approvals.
• Conducting reports and forwarding to superiors.
• Maintaining log books and assets register.
• Keeping complaint book visible.
• Ensuring proper insurance coverage.

Fuel Stations:

• Maintaining equipment for customer service.
• Placing fuel tanks as per plans.
• Upkeeping station facilities and branding.
• Ensuring staff compliance with branding policy.
• Conducting customer surveys.

Regulatory Requirements:

• Ensuring dispensing pumps comply with weights and measures regulations.
• Timely calibration of all equipment.
