Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned area.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the sales team.
- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for effective product positioning.
- Manage budget for the area and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
