About the Role
Bleu is seeking a skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team full-time at our Colombo office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping innovative and functional designs while managing architectural projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectural plans and solutions that meet project goals.
- Utilize Revit and SketchUp to create detailed models and designs.
- Coordinate and integrate various project elements for seamless execution.
- Render designs for presentations and client reviews (experience with rendering is a plus).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- 1-2 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
