About Us
Xeynergy™ is a dynamic Software Development and IT Services company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Our primary focus is providing exceptional software development services to top offshore clients located in the US and Europe. We are currently seeking an Application Support Specialist to work remotely for one of our partner companies in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer operations using software applications
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams
- Provide prompt feedback and prepare reports
- Document knowledge in tech notes
Requirements:
- Excellent English skills
- IT literacy (MS Office & Google Apps)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Logistics experience is a plus
Contract Details:
- 3-Month Renewable Contract
- Contract renewal for good performers
- Must work in US CST hours
