Job Description
Ideal Candidates should possess
- Two to four years of experience in Core Banking Application support
- L1 and L2 support experience
- Banking knowledge of Loans, Leasing, and Fixed Deposits
- Experience with Finacle Core Banking Application will be an added advantage
Basic Requirements
- SQL, PL/SQL
- Unix experience
- Basic knowledge of coding (Java and C++)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting and analysis of escalated issues
- Develop and implement solutions, including bug fixes and updates
- Support Core Banking Application end-of-day processes
- Handle configuration changes, system checks, and preventive maintenance
- Own and coordinate the resolution of major incidents, communicating with stakeholders
- Collaborate with development for code-related issues and validate fixes before deployment
- Train and guide L1 support team members, sharing best practices
- Document root cause analyses and generate reports on incidents and system performance
