Job Description
The Job:
- Develop and generate insightful reports & dashboards using Excel & Power BI for various stakeholders.
- Analyze data from diverse internal systems to identify key trends and areas for improvement.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for optimizing healthcare delivery.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and present findings to stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand data sources and challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, etc.
- Minimum 2 years of analytics experience.
- Expertise in Excel & Power BI, data modeling, and visualization.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently.
- Understanding of the UK healthcare landscape is a plus.
