Job Description
The Job
- Increase acquisitions through various channels, monitor sales data closely, and ensure acquisition quality.
- Achieve revenue targets by maximizing retail sales, monitoring competition, and focusing on market development.
- Drive channel sales staff to acquire new outlets and enhance product reach across the territory.
- Manage distributors effectively, ensure profitable ROI, and provide training and motivation to distributor staff.
- Maintain required threshold points of Retailer Effectiveness Index (REI) and engage with retailers to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on competitors’ activities, deliver results without excuses, and drive quality acquisitions.
- Manage channel staff professionally, with integrity, and accuracy in line with company objectives.
