Job Description
Job Purpose
To carry out safe and secure on-time operations in accordance with the ground operations manual and all applicable procedures.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities:
Assist customers with arrivals & departures procedures. Conduct reservations, ticketing, and cash remittance. Address customer queries and attend pre/post-flight briefings.
Functional Responsibilities:
Maintain standards, ensure threat assessment capability, achieve department goals, and follow Security Programme. Monitor Quality System, optimize resources, and be aware of Emergency Response Procedures.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Maintain files, provide training inputs, update manuals, verify invoices, and manage personnel development. Employed in Airlines and Aviation on a Full-time basis.
