Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with flight bookings
- Process ticket reservations using GDS
- Handle modifications and cancellations
- Provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:
- Previous experience preferred
- Proficient in GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
