Job Description
Northland Aviation Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking passionate individuals to join as Airline Ticketing Agents. Responsible for ticket sales, reservations, and excellent customer service, you will be a key part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process ticket sales, reservations, and changes.
- Provide assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies.
- Collaborate with the team for exceptional service delivery.
- Handle complaints with diplomacy.
Qualifications:
- Experience with GDS systems like AMEDEUS, Saber, etc.
- Proficient in Sinhala, English, and/or Tamil.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of the airline industry is a plus.
- Previous airline ticketing or customer service experience preferred.
