Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Colombo as an Executive – Air Export at APS Logistics International. As an Executive – Air Export, you will be responsible for handling air export operations efficiently and ensuring timely coordination with customers, agents, and airlines. You will manage the complete export process, including documentation, customs clearance, and transportation, while maintaining compliance with regulations and company standards. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team will contribute to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination with airline careers & submission of bookings
• Costing preparation of shipments and dispatching of invoices
• Air freight documentation
• Tracking and tracing of shipments

Requirements

• Over 2-3 years’ in freight forwarding and prior experience in air export operations and documentation
• Hands on experience with Gensoft logistics ERP system
• Familiarity with trade agreements and regulations
• Knowledge of local customs and shipping processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling documents
