Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Aftersales Manager based in Colombo. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing aftersales services, utilizing analytical skills for performance improvement, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Skills in customer satisfaction, customer service, and aftersales management
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
