Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate to join our team The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare final documents on time and ensure all services for tours are booked on a confirmed basis. Maintain logs to record necessary information and to do booking checks on time.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send out reservation vouchers to all service providers/hosts/suppliers within 24 hours of receiving a confirmed booking and ensure the service is securely booked.
• Book all experiences through Pepper reservations (Until Pepper starts to do their bookings)
• Follow-up on confirmations within 48 hours of sending out the vouchers to relevant services / hosts / suppliers.
• Generate and email all final travel documents to the consultant upon receiving official confirmation on all reservations.
• Ensure all post-confirmation amendments and on-tour amendments are concluded successfully.
• Comply with OPS check SOP.
• Ensure all reservations are confirmed 30 days before the service date.
• Perform the Ops Audit Check to rectify any discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent desirable.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year in a similar capacity.
