Job Description
To ensure efficient & cost-effective maintenance of fixed assets for the bank to achieve sustainable growth
The Job:
- Planning and coordinates projects, supervises teams, and process development in the field of engineering and maintenance.
- Responsible in staying updated on policies, procedures, SLAs, and guidelines for maintenance planning.
- Executing project strategies, managing budgets, supervising teams, researching new products, and ensuring timely project completion.
- Collaborating with various teams, identifying vendors, and managing budgets for projects and preventive maintenance.
- Understanding cost management priorities and bank’s maintenance requirements.
The Person:
8+ years of experience in Engineering and Maintenance field.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Excellent negotiation skills, stakeholder management, and project planning abilities.
Team player with a track record of meeting expectations.
