Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at PL. MTT. Muthukaruppan Chettiar Jewellers located in Colombo. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone communications, maintaining files, and assisting with clerical tasks.

Qualifications

• Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
