Position: Assistant Administrator

Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Mode: Hybrid

Location: Galle

Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate active calendars
• Schedule and confirm meetings
• Coordination with the students
• Record-keeping
• Handling inquiries
• Ensure file organization based on office protocol

Qualifications:

• GCE A/L with similar experience would be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office package

Salary Range:

Basic salary ranges from Rs.40,00 – 45,00 per month plus allowances.
