• Manage and maintain communication through WhatsApp groups.
• Oversee scheduling and deployment of field promoters.
• Track and report on activation campaign progress and performance.
• Provide administrative support to the activation team.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional events.
• Handle inquiries and provide support to team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork abilities and a positive attitude.
• Must have a laptop for work purposes.
• Organizational skills to manage tasks and deadlines.
• Previous similar role experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
