Job Description
Waste to Value (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an Admin Management Coordinator to support administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and organize office supplies.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all arrangements are in place.
- Organize and maintain documents (physical and digital), ensuring easy access and security.
- Act as a communication point between management, staff, and stakeholders.
- Maintain databases, track records, compile reports, and facilitate staff travel.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Clear verbal and written communication, accuracy in handling documentation.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve issues, work collaboratively, and meet deadlines.
