Job Description
Daily Tasks:
- Approve sales orders, process payments, and reconcile bank accounts.
- Download transactions and handle invoices.
Weekly Tasks:
- Review debtors, update filing, and add new customers.
Monthly Tasks:
- Run overdue reports and raise invoices.
- Manage customer accounts and debt collection.
Requirements:
- Accounts receivable experience and proficiency in NetSuite, Xero, and EzyCollect.
- Strong Excel and communication skills.
