Key Responsibilities:
- Process, verify, and post accounts receivable transactions.
- Maintain customer files with accurate billing information.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts for collections.
- Reconcile accounts promptly and prepare financial reports.
- Collaborate with departments for accurate billing.
- Assist with month-end closing processes.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Experience in accounts receivable, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Problem-solving skills and deadline-oriented.
