Job Description

As an Accounts Receivable Executive, you will play a vital role in managing the company’s finances by tracking and monitoring incoming payments. Your responsibilities will include reconciling accounts, preparing invoices, and following up on outstanding balances.

• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections
• Resolve billing discrepancies and issues
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries
• Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable status

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent communication skills. Prior experience in accounts receivable and proficiency in accounting software are preferred.
