Domain Knowledge and Experience
Understands application of the principles in the defined tasks related to the order to cash process.
Able to handle tasks allocated independently ensuring compliance in terms of TAT and accuracy.
May need review and supervision in cases of variations/deviations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintaining strong customer relationships for timely collection of receivables.
- Assisting with accounting-related customer service issues and discrepancies.
- Ensuring accurate invoices / statements are maintained.
- Daily posting of payments before the end of day deadline.
- Managing and reviewing aging reports to ensure balances don’t exceed 30 days past due.
Qualifications
Total Work Experience: 0-1 year in AR.
Educational+Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting/commerce or pursuing recognized professional accounting/management course e.g. CIMA/CA/ACCA. Freshers are encouraged.
UK Work Hours: 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm (Home drop transport provided along with Dinner)
