Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our client’s finance team in Colombo. As an Accounts Receivable Assistant, you will be responsible for managing AR functions, processing payments, maintaining reports, and supporting month-end activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
- Process payments and reconcile customer accounts.
- Generate and maintain AR aging reports.
- Assist in purchase order raising and payment monitoring.
- Collaborate with teams to improve AR processes.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of AR or finance experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
