Requirements
- Passed GCE A/L in Commerce stream.
- Part qualification in AAT/ HNDA/ CIMA/ ACCA or any relevant professional qualification
- 1-2 years of work experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and social etiquette.
- Experience in handling an ERP system & QuickBooks accounting package will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
- Managing petty cash transactions.
- Coordination with suppliers and overlook supplier payments.
- Handling payment process and handling cash collection centers.
- Preparation of Costing, Variance Analysis reports.
- Follow up on debtors and meeting collection targets.
- Handling Purchasing and Shipment Clearance.
- Support overall financial management ensuring day to day operations in a smooth and timely manner.
