Job Summary: As an Accounts Associate – Accounts payable, you will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and reconciling discrepancies. You will work closely with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely payments while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Verify invoice accuracy by comparing to purchase orders, contracts, or other documentation.
• Reconcile discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders, resolving any issues with vendors or internal departments.
• Prepare and process payments via check, wire transfer, or electronic payment systems.
• Monitor accounts payable inbox and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain vendor records and ensure accuracy of contact information and payment terms.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Assist with audits by providing supporting documentation and responding to inquiries.

Requirements :

• 06 months to 01 year experience in Accounts Payable.
• Following ICASL/ACCA/CIMA or Degree in Accounting.
• Sound Knowledge in XERO, QBO, and MYOB is an added advantage.
• Advance skill level in Microsoft Excel and related office application required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
