Job Description:
- Assist the financial leadership in all financial and operational activities including QB transactions, billing, accounts receivables, accounts payable, general ledger, revenue recognition, and cash management ensuring that the books are closed in accordance with the company’s internal guidelines.
- Assist with the monthly financial reporting on cashflows, revenue, and cost (onsite and local) that will help the company management make the necessary decisions.
- Preparation of Banking Reconciliation and other Banking-related work on a monthly basis.
- Executing Transactions related to Financial Accounting daily.
- Assist with the monthly payroll process, vendor payments, employee reimbursement, and payment confirmations.
- Assist with the internal and external audits.
Candidate Profile:
- Full or part qualifications in ICASL/CIMA/ACCA or a Degree in Accountancy from a recognized University.
- Excellent computer literacy and ability to work with accounting packages mainly QuickBooks.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in finance.
- Be an analytical & logical thinker and have a positive attitude.
