Job Description
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Part qualified in professional qualifications such as CIMA, CMA, ACCA, or CA are preferred
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
- Familiarity with QuickBooks software is advantageous
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and integrity
- Data analysis and time management skills are beneficial
- Ability to work half-day on Saturdays
Responsibilities:
- Prepare finance reports, fixed asset ledger, and inventory reports
- Collect fees using various payment methods
- Handle petty cash and vendor payments
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax filings
- Conduct inventory reconciliation and report analysis
- Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by Finance team
- Other duties as needed
