Job Description
We are an Accounting Services company serving clients worldwide. Join our team as an Accounts Assistant to assist with bookkeeping, payments, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bookkeeping and data entry.
- Prepare payments (Cash, cheque, Bank transfers).
- Support in invoicing.
- Maintain recorded documents accurately.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
