Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely invoicing.
- Follow up on delayed invoicing and track records of delays.
- Dispatch invoices to customers promptly.
- Follow up on pending supplier invoices and update charges in the system.
- Coordinate with departments for new client details related to invoicing.
- Prepare and maintain statements for key accounts.
Qualifications
- Completed G.C.E. (A/L) with 3 passes and a finance-related diploma/certification.
- Excellent command of English – Verbal and Written.
