Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support management in accounting, administrative, and clerical tasks ensuring the organization’s efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, inventory management, accounts payable/receivable.
  • Prepare invoices, expense reports, reconcile bank statements, and maintain financial records.
  • Respond to billing inquiries, perform data entry, and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced Level in Accounting; ICASL/CIMA/AAT qualification preferred.
  • Experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
