Job Description
Our team is currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper well-versed in Australian accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, preparing statements, ensuring compliance, accounts management, and client support.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records per Australian standards.
- Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with Australian financial regulations and tax laws.
- Assist in preparing financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Communicate with clients on financial matters.
- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Assist with additional bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements (Preferred):
- Degree in Accounting or related field or professional qualification.
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with Australian clients.
- Knowledge of Australian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Australian bookkeeping software and strong communication skills.
