Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions accurately in the company’s accounting system
  • Maintain general ledger entries and ensure financial records are complete and compliant with regulations
  • Process and monitor invoices, payments, and receipts for clients and vendors
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and timely payments
  • Oversee inventory valuation, manage stock audits, and track inventory costs
  • Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Conduct bank reconciliations, manage cash flow, and tax filings
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to management

Requirements:

  • Fully or Partly Qualified in CA
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in similar capacity
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Familiarity with inventory management, cost accounting, and tax regulations
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
