Zad & Co Global Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Moratuwa. If you have a passion for finance and a strong background in treasury management, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee treasury functions, ensuring efficient cash flow management.
- Prepare and manage financial reports to present accurate financial statements.
- Handle taxation matters, including preparation and submission of tax returns.
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements, including liaising with regulatory bodies.
- Assist in the development of accounting policies and procedures to enhance internal controls.
- Support audit processes and liaise with auditors as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in Assistant Accountant/Assistant Manager – Finance roles.
- Professional Knowledge: Proven experience in treasury, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Education: Part qualification in ACCA, ACA, or CIMA will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
