Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and finance? Global Contriver is seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Accountant in the Apparel Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tax and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely tax returns preparation and submission, including VAT, corporate taxes, and withholding taxes.

• Statutory Submissions: Prepare and file statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, conduct variance analysis, and provide financial insights to management.

• Treasury Functions: Manage cash flow, oversee treasury operations, and forecast cash requirements.

• Financial Planning: Support budgeting and forecasting activities with financial analysis and insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.

• 5+ years of accounting experience, strong background in tax and compliance.

• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office, especially Excel.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
