Job Description

We are a management consultant and accounting firm operating in the UK and EU, now expanding our team in Colombo. We seek an ambitious Consultant for our growing operations.

The ideal candidate should be ACCA/CIMA qualified with a minimum of two years of audit experience or UK BPO/BPM exposure.

• Accounts preparation under FRS102 and FRS 105.
• Handling self-assessment, VAT returns, and payroll for UK individuals and companies.
• Creating tax reports, technical articles, and research papers.
• Preparing monthly management accounts and cashflows.
• Conducting practice management and administrative duties.
• Proficiency in Xero, QB, Taxcal, and PowerBI.
• Generating management reports and Internal control reports.
• Willingness to travel for training in the UK or abroad.

Expectations:

• ACCA/CIMA member or Part Qualified in ACCA/CIMA.
• If qualified, completion of Advanced Taxation (ATX); if part qualified, commitment to completing ATX.
• Ability to adapt, learn in a new environment, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
• Strong work ethics following IFAC and ACCA codes of conduct.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and IT proficiency.
