Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of Annual Plans & reforecast.
- Optimize & manage working capital & foreign currency exposures.
- Finalization of monthly accounts & accurate management reporting.
- Liaison with IRD, Banks, Insurance & other external parties.
- Ensure adherence to group & company policies.
- Finalize year-end audit & preparation of accounts.
- Coordinate with Auditors & Operations Staff.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Fully qualified in CIMA / ACCA / ICASL / CMA.
- 5+ years’ experience with audit handling.
- Comprehensive financial knowledge.
- Language proficiency – English & Sinhalese.
- Proficient in finance software (ERP) systems.
- Experience in factory management or export trade is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
