Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our Team in the role of Account Manager. The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Continuously seeking new opportunities to improve market share through lead generation.
- Promoting existing and new product sales to clients and prospects, in coordination with relevant teams.
- Achieving monthly budgets and forecasts for revenue, profit, and cash flow.
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction throughout engagements.
- Identifying business trends, forecasting demand, and gathering market intelligence.
- Continuous improvement in knowledge and competencies related to account management and business development.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s in business management, preferably specialized in Marketing or CIM Qualified.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- 2-4 years of experience in IT and Solutions Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
