Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the lead point of contact for all partner account management matters.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
3. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
4. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
5. Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
6. Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
7. Develop new business with existing partners and identify areas of improvement.
8. Collaborate with sales team to grow opportunities within territory.
9. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations.
10. Manage partner collaboration portal and organize events.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience in Account Management or related role in IT industry.
2. Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
3. Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
4. Deliver client-focused solutions and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
5. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
6. BSc degree in IT/Business Administration or relevant field.
