Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all partner account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
- Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business with existing partners and identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with sales team to grow opportunities within territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations.
- Manage partner collaboration portal and organize events.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in Account Management or related role in IT industry.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
- Deliver client-focused solutions and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- BSc degree in IT/Business Administration or relevant field.
