Job Description
This role entails managing client needs in the Conveyancing process, providing timely updates, and serving as the primary contact throughout property transactions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders, offering detailed information and outstanding service.
- Understand company products and processes to improve service delivery.
- Identify case progression gaps and update systems accordingly.
- Ensure timely case progression and system updates.
- Proactively highlight selling points and tailor product presentations to client needs.
- Handle complaints professionally and resolve them promptly.
- Support internal departments with stagnant cases.
- Independently execute assignments within specified parameters.
- Identify technical issues and provide solutions.
