Job Description
A leading multinational company is seeking a talented Account Manager-Modern Trade to join their team who can play a crucial role in driving their brand’s success. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building abilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Quickly develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Create and execute customized business plans for each customer.
- Conduct regular visits to customer headquarters and initiate review meetings.
- Enhance market reach and penetration within Modern Trade channels.
- Ensure smooth and timely payment processes with all customers.
- Continuously track business KPIs and report updates to management promptly.
Qualifications:
- Possess a relevant degree in marketing or a related field (CIM UK/SLIM).
- Have 6-8 years of experience in modern trade.
- Only candidates with experience in the FMCG industry will be considered.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of collaborating effectively with the team.
- Maintain strong relationships with supermarket channels in Sri Lanka.
