Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager at Home. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include maintaining client accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, resolving client issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role is located in Polpithigama with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in account management or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
